1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process and why

We never ask for your location in the background. We never use your data for advertising or sell it.
3. Who sees your data
- Your friends see your name and number.
- A plan is only seen by the people you tell, and they see who is going by name. Only your friends see your number.
- Your lists are only visible to you; nobody knows they are on them. If you share a list, the other person only receives the people who are also their friends.
- Someone can only send you a friend request if they have your number.
4. Providers
- Supabase (database and sign-in), on servers in the European Union (Ireland).
- WhatsApp (Meta) to send your sign-in code: it receives your number and the code.
5. How long we keep it
- Plans disappear 24 hours after their start time.
- Everything else, for as long as you have an account. You can delete your account in the app ("Your profile" → "Delete my account") and everything of yours is deleted immediately.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete and port your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to the contact in section 1. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Children
DALE is not intended for children under 14.
